Scott Robertson has his hand in a lot of books and videos. This is, as of this writing, one of the latest ones.It covers the construction of anything! The book focuses on buildings and vehicles, but the principles are the same for any type of illustration. It explains the theory and tricks behind rapidly developing an underlying "skeleton" for a drawing.I saw some of Scott's videos that covered the same principles and I find this book to be both a great refresher and also a more thorough tutorial. The book does not explain everything about perspective theory, but it explains what you need to know, in order to get great results. Getting results will demand a lot of practice though, as with anything really worth while. The book itself is well made, high quality. Looks good on your bookshelf and can stand up to being read and used. There are very few finished illustrations. It is full of sketchy and construction type drawings. Which is what you want!Recommended for anyone interested in drawing!

Einfach Traumhaft!

I wish I would have ordered this book earlier. It contains methods how to draw, as the title says. It is a very good guide to start or to improve the drawing skills. The packaging of the book was very pleasing. It was delivered in a special cardboard for books which left the main item undamaged.
